If the Police have made contact with you to discuss an offence or invite you to a Voluntary Interview please call our office as soon as possible. The investigator conducting the interview is focused on what they need to prove the offence. They often are not concerned with your explanation and personal circumstances. A solicitor in interview makes it an even playing field and places you in the best possible legal stance before your interview.

If your matter proceeds to Court your conduct and content of the interview can and may be used against you. Therefore without the advice of a Solicitor you may innocently incriminate yourself, which could have damaging consequences before the Court.

If you have been reported for summons by the police, received a summons to attend Court through the post or you have been charged with any matters relating to Court prosecution then please get in touch with us as soon as possible as we are ready to take your instructions and provide you with the help that you need.

If you require our advice please either contact us prior to your interview to make arrangements, alternatively notify the investigating officer promptly. If you have been arrested, please notify the custody sergeant upon your arrival at the police station and provide him our number 0116 2470 022 to call. This number is contactable 24 hours a day 365 days per year.
